Our Policy sets out the Company’s standards in not tolerating corruption. It is based not only on relevant laws, but also on our values. Everyone associated with the Company (including all directors, employees, agents and others who perform services on behalf of the Company) without any exception must comply.

It is vital that there is full openness in this area. If our directors, staff, contractors, partners, advisers or agents are unsure what is required of them or what they should do in particular circumstances, they are required to contact our Compliance Officer. If they have any reason to believe the Policy may have been breached, they must say so. The Policy explains the protections that are in place to ensure that retaliation for speaking up will not be tolerated.

Ultimately, our most valuable asset is our reputation. Complying with the principles and standards contained in this code is the starting point for protecting and enhancing that reputation.
