Operations in Poland

We applied to the Department of Geology and Geological Concessions (Departament Geologii i Koncesji Geologicznych) through the Ministry of the Environment (Ministerstwo Środowiska), and currently hold one licence in Poland (243 Concession).

In order to conduct exploration activities, we will need to gain approval from the Director of the Poznan District Mining Office, as well as the relevant local authorities. These approvals will ensure that our operations run safely, effectively and with the minimum environmental impact.

We hold one exploration licence (known as a concession) in the southwest of the country adjacent to the German Border.

The 243 Concession

The 243 Concession was awarded in  October 2007 for an initial five year term and this was subsequently extended to 8th April 2016.
